Who you are: You're a proactive and resourceful recruiter with experience in a staffing agency or fast-paced search environment. You thrive on solving hiring challenges creatively, building strong client and candidate relationships, and keeping processes running smoothly from start to finish. You’re flexible in your approach, but grounded in structure—balancing agility with a sharp eye for detail. Above all, you’re service-minded, collaborative, and driven to connect the right people with the right opportunities in a way that feels thoughtful, efficient, and human.
What you’ll do: Own the full-cycle recruiting process. Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in roles that align with client needs and candidate goals. Drive candidate and client engagement. Build trust through active listening, timely follow-up, and thoughtful communication throughout the search process. Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner closely with our Client Strategy team to gather role requirements, participate in intake calls, and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and client expectations. Champion the client brand. Act as an ambassador for each client, learning their values, culture, and hiring goals to effectively tell their story to prospective talent. Use data and systems with precision. Navigate our ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools with accuracy to manage searches, maintain candidate pipelines, and track activity. Coordinate end-to-end process. Handle everything from scheduling interviews to preparing candidates and supporting offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
REQUIREMENTS: 1-3 years of experience in Agency Recruitment Experience in direct hire recruiting Experience in the CPG industry strongly preferred Strong communication skills with a background in customer service Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience working in a KPI-driven environment Interested, or experience, in CPG preferred An eagerness to work and learn in the open and share your learnings with your teammatesA willingness and comfort communicating remotely through chat, docs, and video calls Comfortable with ambiguity and change—you know how to find clarity, not wait for it Coachable, collaborative, highly organized, and internally motivated
