About the role

Capital One is seeking an enthusiastic Principal Coordinator to support the planning, logistics and execution of Students & Grads University Events in McLean, VA. You will partner with University Leads and recruiters to deliver a seamless candidate experience across the full journey. The role requires strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail, with up to 50% travel during peak season. This is a full-time, on-site position based in McLean, Virginia.
