Shift:
6:30a-3pJob Description: Disinfects, cleans, sorts, sterilizes, assembles, labels and stores instruments used for endoscopic procedures.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand instructions and keep records.
Incumbent will be required to attain BLS within 3 months of employment.
NA I certification and listed on the NC registry in good standing (incumbent holds one of the preferred certifications listed below).
Preferred:
In lieu of NA I certification, one of the following certifications will be accepted: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
Experience:
No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of the job within 6 months.
