Overview In this role, you drive growth by shaping omni-channel, data-informed marketing plans that align with business objectives. You’ll partner across marketing, product, and analytics to execute campaigns and optimize the funnel. The position sits in a hybrid Newark-based team focused on performance-driven, digital-first growth. You’ll influence audience strategies, test-and-learn initiatives, and cross-functional priorities to create measurable impact. Compensation / Benefitssalary range providedbonus potentialmedical/dental/vision 401(k) matchpension planwellness programs Responsibilities Translate business priorities into omni-channel growth plans and campaigns with measurable impact Own growth and segment audiences and oversee end-to-end campaigns Coordinate across channels, technology, and partners to support audience-first journeys Leverage insights to inform customer journeys, audience strategies, and test-and-learn roadmaps Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to track performance and optimize plans against targets Work with Product Marketing to embed product needs into audience-led journeys Apply digital marketing knowledge to channel mix, sequencing, and activation Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to execute content and experiences Prepare leadership-ready updates and decisions across growth efforts Key requirements 5–8 years of omni-channel B2C/B2B growth experience Experience building end-to-end lifecycle journeys and managing audiences Experience supporting lead generation and ABM campaigns that generate MQLs/SQLsProficiency with email, web, digital advertising, and other digital channels Ability to translate customer data into actionable recommendations and plans Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization, and analytics tools Adobe Cloud experience a plus Strong business acumen and ability to build business cases for marketing value Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Self-starter with strong organization and multi-task managementEQ and relationship-buildingcollaboration and influenceinitiative and self-managementmarketing automationanalytics platforms and toolspersonalization
