About the role
Race Rock Group is seeking an experienced Senior Substation Steel Engineer to lead the design and analysis of substation steel structures and help shape engineering standards within the Engineered Structures Division.
This role reports to the Vice President of Engineering and involves ownership of complex, high-voltage projects, collaboration across disciplines, and the opportunity to influence practices and company strategy. Fort Worth or Houston, with flexible remote/hybrid options.
