About the role

What you'll do: Command B737NG flights under 14 CFR Part 121, upholding the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin team, fostering a professional, collaborative cockpit environment. Exercise sound judgment through all phases of flight and during irregular operations. Deliver a friendly, on-time experience while operating night/overnight, weekend, and holiday trips as required.
Minimum qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Valid and current U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity. Current FAA First-Class Medical with a minimum of 3 months validity at start date. Meets 14 CFR §121.436(a)(3) requirements. Total time: 5,000 hours fixed-wing. Turbine PIC: 2,000 hours. Part 121 PIC: 1,000 hours. ATPL / FAA ATP certificate. Current B737NG type rating. Pass Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment drug screening. Ability to work a rotating schedule with variable hours and duty periods up to 16 hours, including multi-day trips.
