Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a Process Improvement Analyst in Herndon, Virginia.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with required polygraphBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process analysis, benchmarking, program metrics, or management consulting.Familiarity with the Sponsor's finance and/or contracts-related procedures is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Desired Qualifications:Knowledge of OGFM performance metrics and corporate policy.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).What You Can Expect From UsThe expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $140,000 - 170,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
