Industrial Painter Looking for a long-term shop opportunity and have at least one year of industrial painting experience? This client is a family-owned company specializing in waste equipment manufacturing and service in Indiana. The work environment is hands-on and collaborative, allowing employees to build new skills beyond painting. This Industrial Painter position is ideal for someone who enjoys shop work, values job stability, and wants opportunities to learn welding, electrical, and hydraulic tasks over time. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Industrial Painter Duties:
  • Paint industrial equipment using a pot sprayer and cup gun
  • Prepare surfaces to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Assist with basic electrical, hydraulic, and welding work
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop area
  • Follow safety and quality standards
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime available until 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Based on experience
Industrial Painter Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of industrial painting experience
  • Experience using pot sprayers and cup guns
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
