As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for: Assembling hydraulic cylinders Inspection of final assemblies Performing hydraulic tests on cylinders Installing various hydraulic cylinder components including bushings, bearings, grease zerks, seals etc. Cleaning and preparing cylinders for painting Painting cylinders Packaging and preparing cylinders for shipping Maintain accurate within an ERP system (i.e. timekeeping, BOM management, etc...)
Location: Hudsonville, MI
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $22-28/Hour based on experience, along with full benefit packages and opportunity for advancement
Shift: 1st shift - 9 hours start at 6:30 am - 4:00 pm
Qualifications: Strong mechanical ability, including use of hand tools, bench presses, impact tools. Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions Willingness to help as part of the team in any area needed Strong math and measuring skills Basic computer skills. Knowledge of inventory or ERP system a plus Bi-lingual a plus
