Core Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience Prior experience managing an aerospace supplier operation
Preferred Requirements: MBA or advanced degree Success driving lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives The successful General Manager will have responsibility for the performance, profitability, and continued development of the location’s manufacturing operations. This leader will ensure production, quality, inventory control, maintenance, and supporting functions are aligned toward business objectives.
