SDR / M&A Analyst — Source CoSource Co is a technology-driven M&A advisory firm that connects business owners with private equity firms, family offices, and institutional investors. We're growing and looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to build a career in deal-making from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to get into M&A without a traditional finance background. You'll work directly alongside experienced investment bankers and advisors, sourcing acquisition opportunities and engaging with business owners and investors at the highest levels. No prior M&A experience is required — we will teach you the business. What we're looking for is someone who is sharp, persistent, and genuinely motivated to succeed.
What You'll Do: Conduct high-volume outbound outreach — phone and email — to business owners and executives at companies doing tens of millions in revenue Identify and qualify acquisition targets based on each client's investment criteria Build and maintain relationships with business owners who are considering a sale Work with our advisory team to develop industry knowledge quickly and translate it into intelligent conversations with prospects Keep our CRM updated with accurate pipeline data and detailed notes Conduct industry research and contribute to client-facing reports and materials
