Change the world. Love your job. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Low Power Radar – Automotive team! This role sits in TI's Low Power Radar - automotive business line, focused on fast-growing automotive applications: in-cabin monitoring, kick-to-open sensing, parking assist, blind spot detection, and door obstacle detection. Our marketing team owns customer opportunities end-to-end - from demand creation and initial exploration through device evaluation, design-in, and revenue management - developing product positioning, gathering customer feedback, and driving cross-functional action across technical, sales, and operations teams to close gaps and grow the business. This role includes: Strategic Leadership: Driving global product and pricing strategies to maximize market competitiveness and revenue growth. Go-to-Market Execution: Direct the development and deployment of comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) programs, including promotional activities and global product launches. Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous assessments of existing and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities and align technical product development with market needs. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of experienced Product Marketing engineers, ensuring continuous talent development and operational excellence. Global Business Development: Spearhead worldwide customer acquisition initiatives. Sales enablement: Through your team, build a strong brand for LPR-A products with the TI field sales/applications team. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field such as Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering, etc. 3+ years of relevant engineering experience including experience leading teams Preferred qualifications: Passion for leading and developing others 2+ years of experience in a demand create role at TI Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Understanding of embedded systems
