About the role

Elara Caring seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing home health team. You will provide direct PTA services, following the Plan of Care under supervision, and help patients maintain independence at home. The role requires traveling up to 50% within the branch/office coverage area, a PTA license, and graduation from an accredited PTA program. Excellent communication and compassion are essential in delivering high-quality care.
