Interview Type: Teams MeetingWork Arrangement: RemoteEngagement Type: ContractShort Description:In support of Connecticuts Department of Developmental Services, CTDDS requires an experienced PM with an understanding of data migrations, data governance, data cleansing, data exports, APIs and enterprise data modernization efforts.Complete Description:IMPORTANT:While the role can be fully remote, LOCAL candidates who would have the ability to be in the office in the rare case a need would arise would be IDEAL and would be given preference. NOTE: Neither the client, nor CAI, will cover any related travel costs for the candidate to travel onsite.This position can be a fully remote position, HOWEVER, client only wants candidates located in the same Eastern Time Zone submitted for the position due to challenges they have had with candidates working from other time zones in the past.Ideal candidates will have previous PM experience working with projects related to managing patient and/or health-related data migration, data governance, data cleansing, data export, APIs and enterprise data modernization efforts, with a thorough understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements related to managing patient and/or health data including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP.Exceptional communication skills are required for this role.JOB DETAILS:In support of Connecticuts Department of Developmental Services, CTDDS requires an experienced PM with an understanding of data migrations, data governance, data cleansing, data exports, APIs and enterprise data modernization efforts.10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects, including overseeing IT projects and schedules/roadmaps from conception to completion.Candidate should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processingCandidate should have 5+ years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meeting agendas, etc.Candidate should have a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skillsThe ideal candidate will have led a data migration effortDeep experience in vendor managementExperience with and understanding of full project and product lifecycles.Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and leading project status meetings.Experience managing projects for governmental agencies or organizations.Experience with iterative and incremental development and the ability to adjust to changing requirements, policy changes and legislative mandates.Project budgeting, resource planning, allocation and capacity planning skills and experience.Experience with gathering and validating technology requirements for human service systems.Knowledge, experience, and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to managing patient and/or health data including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP.Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and leading project status meetings.Proficiencies in MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software.
