Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: 10-hour shifts

The Opportunity: Magnify is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our client's team in Malvern, PA. This is a hands-on opportunity supporting packaging and warehouse operations within a laboratory/testing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working on their feet, and able to follow established procedures and quality standards. Experience in packaging, laboratory environments, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or similar settings is a plus.
What You'll Do: Perform packaging and labeling activities according to established procedures. Prepare, organize, and handle products and materials for shipment or processing. Inspect packaging and materials for accuracy, quality, and completeness. Follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Accurately complete required documentation and records. Assist with general warehouse and material-handling activities as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and packaging goals. Follow all applicable quality and safety standards.
What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to perform the physical requirements of a hands-on packaging/warehouse environment. Must have reliable transportation to the Malvern, PA worksite. Must be able to successfully complete the required background screening.
