- Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a talented stylist team.
- Creating schedules that balance customer demand, team availability, and labor productivity.
- Ensuring reliable salon coverage and proactively addressing staffing needs.
- Managing inventory, supplies, and salon readiness.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Driving customer satisfaction, repeat visits, retail sales, and salon performance.
- Building a positive, accountable team culture.
- Identifying opportunities, solving problems, and taking ownership of daily operations.
- You'll have the support of local ownership while being empowered to lead your salon.
- What We're Looking ForRequired:
- Active Minnesota Salon Manager License (or ability to obtain one before assuming the designated manager role).Active Minnesota cosmetology or barbering credentials appropriate for the services performed.
- Strong haircutting skills and confidence working with children.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
