About the role

The Company: A prominent Fortune 500 financial services firm with a nationwide network of independent financial advisors, known for using innovation and technology to strengthen client relationships.
Overview: Join a premier financial services organization as a Recovery Engineer / Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis. You'll help resolve high-severity production incidents and improve operational resilience, partnering with senior engineers across application, infrastructure, and cloud teams.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in production support, NOC, SRE, DevOps, or application support.
  • Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to diagnose incidents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Nice to Have Skills:
  • Observability tools (APM, logging, dashboards).Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash).Runbook/SOP creation and root cause analysis (RCA).
Preferred Education and Experience: Hands-on production support or SRE experience with exposure to cloud environments and observability tools.
