About the role
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder will manage high volumes of incoming calls from AAA Members seeking roadside assistance, utilizing internal knowledgebases and mapping tools while working from home.
Key responsibilities:
Answer and manage 40-60 incoming calls daily, assisting Members with roadside assistance needs
Accurately input Member information and assess special handling situations to prioritize service effectively
Provide clear information on service details, costs, and estimated arrival times while ensuring a positive Member experience
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable
Availability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
Familiarity with maps and map reading preferred
