About the role
1X is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Specialist to support day-to-day import and export operations in Hayward, CA. You will ensure compliance with EAR, HTS, FTAs, and denied party screening, partnering with Legal, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance to minimize risk and enable growth. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in global trade compliance, experience with ERP or GTM systems, and a track record of managing brokers and audits while helping a hardware company scale internationally.
