Job Description:
Manage and lead two distinct operational areas with full P&L and budgetary accountability Oversee the Department comprising 4 supervisors and 50 hourly employees across 3 shifts Drive performance metrics including quality, safety, KPIs, and on-time delivery through effective team leadership Requirements BS/BA degree required Strong manufacturing (MFG) background with hands-on operational leadership experience Demonstrated ability to leverage KPIs, metrics, and analytical data to drive informed decision-making
