About the role

Tampa Family Health Centers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Health Information Management (HIM) Director to oversee medical records operations across TFHC locations in Tampa, Florida. Reporting to the Chief Regulatory Officer, you will lead the Medical Records team, streamline electronic health record workflows, and establish standardized procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. This is a 100% onsite role requiring travel between TFHC sites; no remote or hybrid arrangements.
