About the role

Job Description: We are looking to hire an inspector who is skilled in verifying that our machined assemblies meet our customers’ requirements for non-dimensional conformance. Typically, this would include verifying the product was blemish and burr free, was of uniform color, and was assembled correctly. Current visual inspectors will educate applicants on areas of concern in the visual inspection process. Our parts are typically under 10 pounds in weight and need to be handled carefully. Some packaging after inspection is typically required. Individuals should have a questioning attitude and keen eyesight since many of the parts are used in commercial aircraft engines. The visual inspector will be responsible for reviewing the documentation with the job to ensure it is completed correctly. \nCompany

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
