About the role

Brand Awareness Representative We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Brand Awareness Representative to help grow our presence in the commercial vehicle market. This is a door-to-door, relationship-based sales position focused on introducing local businesses to our commercial vehicles and building long-term customer relationships. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Success comes from creating connections, generating leads, and developing your own book of business that can produce repeat customers and referrals. Visit local businesses to introduce our commercial vehicle lineup. Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Generate new leads and create your own customer portfolio. Educate potential customers on how our vehicles can benefit their business. Schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations and consultations. Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication. Track daily activities, leads, and customer interactions. Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. Attend team meetings and product training sessions as needed. Excellent communication and people skills. Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and networking. Self-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required, we provide training. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Competitive pay plus performance-based commissions and bonuses. Comprehensive training and ongoing support. Opportunities for career growth and advancement. The ability to build your own customer base and earn repeat business. A positive, team-oriented work environment. Company marketing materials and sales resources. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, isn't afraid to knock on doors, and understands that building relationships leads to long-term success. If you're motivated, outgoing, and excited about helping local businesses find the right commercial vehicles, we'd love to meet you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
