Skilled Powder CoaterOverview Schedule: Monday- Friday Hours: 6a-3:30p DAY SHIFT Area: Batavia, Ohio Pay: $20-26/hr BOE We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a manufacturing team in Batavia, OH. This is a hands-on production role responsible for applying powder coatings to manufactured components while meeting customer color, quality, and finish specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Apply powder coatings to manufactured metal components Follow customer color and coating specifications Prepare and apply coating materials according to job requirements Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency Identify coating defects and make appropriate adjustments Operate appropriate painting and coating tools and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow established production and safety procedures Qualifications 1-3+ years of powder-coating experience preferredStrong knowledge of powder-coating and painting techniques Understanding of coating materials and proper application methods Ability to read blueprints for job specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work effectively in a production environment Dependable, conscientious, and safety-minded
