As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. This is a fast-paced position perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, helping people, and staying organized. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary voice of the company by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries. Order Management: Accurately take and enter customer orders into our system, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Administrative Support: Manage the end-to-end billing process by generating invoices and maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems. Office Coordination: Perform general administrative tasks to support the team and ensure the office runs efficiently. QualificationsReliability: Since we start at 7:00 AM, punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using standard office software (Word, Excel) and capable of learning order entry/invoicing systems quickly. Detail-Oriented: A high level of accuracy in data entry and filing is a must. Proactive Attitude: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a positive, helpful demeanor.
