- Prepare recurring financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assemble management reporting packages.
- Prepare budget-to-actual, variance, and KPI reports.
- Identify, research, and document material data variances.
- Respond to recurring financial data requests.
- Maintain organized reporting files, supporting documentation, and data definitions.
- Improve the consistency and efficiency of recurring reporting processes in coordination with the CEO and CFO.Support financial analysis, interpretation, consolidated reporting, and strategic finance decisions.401(k) Plan Billing and Reconciliation
- Prepare routine plan and vendor billing and related customer or plan support.
- Research billing variances and follow up on outstanding items.
- Prepare supporting documentation for billing corrections as needed.
- Maintain clear and organized billing and reconciliation documentation.
- Monitor aging and outstanding billing items and ensure timely follow-up.
- Review billing information for accuracy and promptly identify and correct errors.
