About the role
We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members who are available forearly morning shifts, including 4:00 AM-11:00 AM or 6:00 AM-1:00 PM.
Position Overview:
The Sandwich Maker prepares high-quality food while providing friendly, fast, and accurate guest service. This position helps maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient restaurant throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and other food items according to Dunkin' recipes and standards.
Prepare orders accurately according to guest specifications.
Provide friendly, fast, and accurate guest service.
Take orders and process transactions using the POS system, when applicable.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control standards.
Maintain a clean and organized sandwich station, kitchen, dining area, and restroom.
Stock food, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
Follow Dunkin' brand standards, procedures, and company policies.
Complete opening, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties as assigned.
Answer guest questions and communicate concerns to a manager when needed.
Work effectively with the team to maintain speed of service and a positive guest experience.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old.
No previous restaurant experience required - we will train you!
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
Willing to learn and adapt.
Friendly and guest-focused.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-space environment.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., when applicable.
