About the role
To drive product strategy and market growth, the full-time salaried Product Development Manager will manage product portfolios, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products while ensuring competitive positioning.
Key responsibilities
Develop and manage the product portfolio by shaping product strategy and conducting market research
Lead the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and promotional efforts in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
Monitor product, customer, and operational metrics to ensure objectives are met and adjust strategies as necessary
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent related experience may be substituted
2-4 years of product or brand management experience, particularly in B2B healthcare products
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Proven track record of managing product lifecycles and growing product portfolios
Strong understanding of product management methodologies and pricing strategies
