About the role
To support the development of innovative therapeutic solutions in the fertility space, the full-time Product Development Manager will own integrated planning and execution of drug development programs, collaborating across various functions to ensure successful program delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Own integrated development plans for assigned programs, translating strategies into executable workplans and maintaining detailed timelines and budgets
Lead cross-functional program team meetings, facilitating decision-making and ensuring alignment across functions
Manage program risks, budgets, and decisions, tracking spend and developing mitigation plans as needed
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in clinical-stage project or program management within biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage integrated plans from planning through execution
Working knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulatory pathways, and quality activities in drug development
Experience with vendor oversight, budget management, and risk management in a program governance context
