About the role

Lead mechanical design and development of complex electromechanical products from concept through production, including CAD modeling, FEA, testing, and design optimization. Coordinate cross-functional projects, manage suppliers and engineering changes, mitigate technical risks, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics and 8+ years of experience developing and launching complex electromechanical products. Candidates should have strong machine-design, CAD/FEA, GD&T, manufacturing, verification-testing, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring experience.
