Looking for your next step in sales? We're hiring 5 Sales Development Representatives to join a rapidly growing company in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates coming from field sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, staffing, payroll, logistics, construction sales, solar sales, pest control sales, telecom sales, retail sales, hospitality sales, or other high-volume sales environments who want to build a career in tech and AI.This role is focused on new business development and outbound prospecting. You'll be responsible for cold calling, generating opportunities, booking meetings, and helping build pipeline for the sales team. You'll work directly with experienced sales leaders who provide daily coaching, training, and mentorship.
What We're Looking For:
  • Sales experience in a quota-driven environment
  • Cold calling, prospecting, or business development experience
  • Experience in outside sales, field sales, door-to-door sales, account management, staffing, recruiting, payroll, logistics, construction, solar, pest control, telecom, or similar industries
  • Competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work 100% in-office in Downtown Fort Lauderdale
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $61,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission$85,000+ OTEEquity opportunity
