About the role

Trinity Services Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to help run a large jail kitchen operation onsite. You will supervise food service workers and report to a Food Service Director to ensure proper meals are prepared and served safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of supervisory food service experience, 3+ years in the field, ServSafe certification, and experience with purchasing, inventory, and safety standards.
