Administrative Assistant - Greenwich, CTA leading investment firm is seeking a bright, proactive, and polished Administrative Assistant to join its team in Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or strong recent graduate who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build a career in a fast-paced professional environment. The Administrative Assistant will provide a range of administrative and office support, with responsibilities spanning travel coordination, front-desk coverage, expenses and invoices, vendor and technology coordination, document management, and meeting logistics.
Responsibilities: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation Provide front-desk coverage as needed, including greeting guests, answering phones, and coordinating deliveries Assist with processing expense reports, invoices, and other administrative paperwork Coordinate with vendors, building management, and IT partners to help resolve day-to-day office needs Maintain and organize documents, files, and other internal materials Assist with planning and logistics for annual meetings and other company events Help manage office supplies, deliveries, and general office organization Provide support with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed Take ownership of ad hoc projects and responsibilities to help keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook Professional, polished, and personable demeanor Highly proactive and comfortable taking initiative without needing constant direction Able to manage a variety of tasks and priorities with a positive, flexible attitude Quick learner who asks thoughtful questions and takes direction well Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift Resilient and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to learn and grow
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Full-time, in-office
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary + discretionary bonus and benefits
