Job Description: Gun Broker & Firearms Inventory Specialist –Temporary Part-Time / Flexible Schedule The Peacemaker’s Armory is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with our firearms inventory and online sales. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about firearms, comfortable with research and technology, and able to work independently. The initial focus will be working through our current excess inventory by photographing, researching, listing, and preparing firearms for shipment. As the inventory is reduced, this position will also assist with organizing inventory and improving our processes going forward.
Responsibilities include: Photographing firearms and related merchandise Researching firearm specifications, features, and product information Preparing accurate and detailed online listings Creating and managing listings on Gun Broker and other online firearms marketplaces Monitoring active listings and updating or relisting inventory as needed Maintaining organized records of listed and sold inventory Preparing and securely packaging sold firearms for shipment Helping organize remaining firearm inventory as items are sold Assisting with developing an organized, repeatable process for online listings and inventory management Who we're looking for: The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable safely handling firearms, and capable of working independently. Experience with Gun Broker or other online firearms marketplaces, firearms retail, gun shops, pawn shops, e-commerce, online auctions, product photography, inventory management, or shipping is preferred. Strong firearms knowledge is highly preferred.
Schedule: Part-time and flexible, approximately 10–15 hours per week initially
Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience
