Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000, plus benefits and incentives

What You’ll Do:
Lead the daily performance and strategic direction of the business.
Develop and execute a plan to grow revenue.
Expand external customers, markets, and commercial channels.
Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margins, cash flow, and performance metrics.
Strengthen operational processes, organizational structure, and accountability.
Lead and develop the engineering, operations, applications, and design teams.
Oversee major projects and ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare the organization for continued growth and potential future acquisitions.
What You’ll Bring:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, environmental engineering, or a related field.
Leadership experience within industrial controls, control-panel integration, engineered products, technical services, municipal utilities, or a related industry.
Demonstrated success leading engineering, project management, operations, or business teams.
Strong P&L management, business-development, and operational leadership experience.
Experience scaling revenue, professionalizing an organization, and building high-performing teams.
The ability to establish KPIs, improve processes, manage risk, and drive accountability.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working effectively with founders, technical experts, and established teams.
