Service Coordinator/DispatcherAAdvantage Laundry Systems is a leading distributor of commercial laundry equipment, proudly serving a wide range of industries including hospitality, healthcare, laundromats, and multi-housing. With decades of experience, we are known for our top-tier equipment, responsive service, and reliable support. We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team in our Garland, TX office. As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be the front line of our service departmenthandling customer service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring smooth communication between our customers and service team.

Key responsibilities include:

Answering inbound phone calls and responding to emails from customers requesting service on commercial laundry equipment
Accurately entering service requests into our dispatching system
Coordinating and scheduling service calls for assigned field technicians
Communicating with customers regarding service status, technician arrival times, and follow-up needs
Troubleshooting basic service issues and providing support or escalation as needed
Monitoring technician workloads and adjusting scheduling to optimize efficiency
Ensuring all service tickets are completed accurately and closed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dispatcher, coordinator, or customer service role (preferred in service/repair industry)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Business Central (a plus)
Positive attitude and a commitment to great customer service
