Position: Mortgage Processor or Processor Assistant Real Estate Resource Home Loans - Orland Park, IL
Responsibilities: Phone and Data Entry: Answer phones and input data into the system. Document Management: Scan, file, and organize documents. Assisting Loan Processors and Administration: Help with processing and daily administrative tasks. Verification Orders: Order verifications of income, assets, credit, and liabilities. Property-Related Orders: Order title work, insurance, appraisals, and other related documents. Review Loan Documents: Evaluate FHA, VA, USDA loan documents for completeness and proper execution.
Required Skills
Experience: 6 months to 1+ years of recent residential mortgage processing experience is required. Basic Mortgage Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage terms. Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a service-oriented approach.
