Responsibilities: Review unit paperwork for accuracy and compliance with regulations. Access and process ammunition issue/turn-in requests via TAMIS (Training Ammunition Management Information System).Process and reconcile DA Form 581 (Request for Issue and Turn-in of Ammunition) and maintain delegation authority files (DA Form 1687).Draft email responses to resolve documentation compliance issues, and monitor customer mailbox. Provide customer service at the counter and over the phone; schedule unit appointments for ammo transactions. Maintain delinquent document lists and conduct initial quality control checks on paperwork. Assist in physical inventories and record counts of ammunition stock. Support Deployment Readiness Exercises (DRE) and Global Response Force (GRF) missions. Perform other duties as assigned to meet ASP operational objectives.
