About the role
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the office and team
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Greet visitors and provide a professional and welcoming experience
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars as needed
- Prepare, format, scan, copy, and organize documents and correspondence
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical files
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office correspondence
- Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Support invoice processing, expense reports, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and visitors
- Maintain confidential information and ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, office, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative office environment
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
