This is a proactive, not reactive, seatPartner directly with founders and hiring managers to move quickly without compromising on qualitySet the talent bar: develop sharp judgment on what "great" looks like and hold the line on itBuild and improve recruiting infrastructure, process, tooling, analytics, and candidate experienceContribute beyond hiring: org design, comp strategy, and broader People input as the company scalesWhat they're looking for2–7 years in technical recruitingStartup experience or high-growth sub-500-people business.A track record of closing strong candidates who had other offers on the tableSharp outbound instincts, you know how to get replies and convert them into hiresExposure to technical hiring, or the ability to get credibility quickly in technical domainsClear, articulate judgment on talent, you can say why someone is exceptional, not just that they areStrong written and verbal communicationThis is a rare shot at a foundational role in a company scaling fast, in one of the most competitive spaces in tech.
