About the role
ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Staff Outbound Product Manager to lead the outbound strategy for Process Intelligence, including Process Mining and Task Mining. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring these capabilities to market and drive adoption across the customer base.
The role focuses on balancing adoption with revenue growth, owning field-facing narratives, and translating product capability into customer value.
