About the role
Owning the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities, the full-time Senior Inside Sales Representative will qualify inbound leads, generate outbound pipeline, and support new logo acquisition in the Mid Market and SMB segments through remote engagement.
Key responsibilities
Manage inbound lead qualification and conduct outbound prospecting to generate additional sales opportunities
Run the full opportunity lifecycle, including discovery, solution positioning, quoting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Maintain accurate CRM data and provide clear handoff documentation to the Account Management team after closing deals
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
5+ years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or B2B customer engagement roles with a proven track record of quota attainment
Professional experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is required
Strong skills in qualification, discovery, and closing, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Experience working with high volume inbound leads and outbound prospecting in a sales environment
