About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This position will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair wire mesh welding machines, razor wire equipment, hydraulic presses, compressors, chillers, pumps, and other industrial machinery. Troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, sensors, limit switches, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Replace bearings, chains, sprockets, rollers, valves, cylinders, and other components. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service logs. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. Follow all LOTO, PPE, and plant safety procedures.
Requirements:
3+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Welding system knowledge preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible for overtime, weekends, and on-call repairs as needed\nCompany
