Team Supervisor Package Delivery for Fed Ex New Castle, DETeam Supervisor / Fed Ex Business Contact (BC) New Castle, DEStarting Salary: From $62,400 per year Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands-on manager to oversee daily Fed Ex delivery operations. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture. As a Team Supervisor / Fed Ex Business Contact (BC), you will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You'll be present in the terminal, leading drivers, managing dispatch, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with Fed Ex leadership. This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement. What You'll Lead Driver training Daily dispatch, route planning, and execution Safety trainings and ride-alongs Strong communication and partnership with Fed Ex terminal management Vehicle maintenance coordination and operational readiness Running delivery and pickup routes
