About the role
- Manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns end to end, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and tracking pixel installation and configuration • Post client-provided content (visuals and copy) to social media pages in tandem with ad campaigns • Monitor and report on ad performance, adjusting campaigns as needed to drive program sales • Support future expansion into Google Ads and TikTok as assets are prepared Kajabi Course Cleanup & Program Build • Follow an existing SOP to clean up and repurpose pre-recorded course content into a new group coaching program • Run course recordings through Otter for transcription as needed • Use Claude with existing worksheets and transcripts to identify gaps and enhance worksheet content • Apply consistent branding to all worksheets • Add intro and outro bumpers to pre-recorded videos • Upload videos and corresponding worksheets into the appropriate Kajabi program • Support build-out of the Academy as a standalone program Email Management • Manage the client’s inbox, flagging priority items and keeping communications organized • Follow up with the client via WhatsApp when emails or items need her attention
