About the role

The strategic lead for those who care as much about how a brand grows as how it’s built. Objective Brand is a brand and growth studio with deep expertise in financial services and fintech. We build gorgeous brands and help good-hearted companies reach their full potential through thoughtful strategy and elegant marketing. By helping those we serve succeed, our work has a material influence on the lives of countless people. We’re seeking a Director of Growth who can step into a business, understand how it grows today, and see where the biggest opportunities are for what comes next. You’ll lead growth strategy across a portfolio of clients—working closely with founders and leadership teams to understand their business, customers, acquisition model, sales process, and the systems connecting it all. The work is broad by nature. One client may need a better way to turn interest into qualified conversations. Another may have plenty of leads but a weak follow-up process. You might uncover an opportunity in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRM, conversion, content, or the way marketing hands a prospect to sales. Your job is to see the whole picture, identify where we can have the greatest impact, and turn that into a clear strategy our team and partners can execute. You’ll collaborate closely with our brand, design, and growth teams, along with outside specialists when deeper expertise is needed. You don’t need to be the person configuring every CRM workflow or managing every paid campaign, but you should understand these systems deeply enough to architect how they work together, guide the people executing them, and make smart decisions as the work evolves. As a senior leader, you’ll also help shape how Objective approaches growth—developing our team, strengthening our methods, and building the systems and standards that allow us to scale our impact without sacrificing quality. The ideal person is equal parts strategist and builder: curious enough to dig into how a business really works, experienced enough to know what to look for, and practical enough to turn that understanding into action. You want to do your best work, take ownership, and play a meaningful role in shaping both our clients’ growth and Objective Brand’s future. What You'll Own Client Strategy & Growth Lead strategy across a portfolio of retainer clients, guiding growth, priorities, and key decisions Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on client goals, constraints, and market context Define and refine go-to-market approaches, including channels, messaging, and key initiatives Advise founders and leadership teams on marketing, growth, and strategic direction Brand Application & Execution Translate brand foundations into a clear direction across marketing, digital experience, and client acquisition Shape campaigns, content, and initiatives to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives Review and elevate work to maintain a high bar across all client touchpoints Client Leadership Lead client conversations, present recommendations, and guide decision-making Build strong, trusted relationships with founders and leadership teams Keep clients focused, aligned, and moving forward Elevate conversations beyond surface-level marketing requests Internal Orchestration Write excellent creative briefs Align designers, copywriters, and growth partners around a clear vision Manage strategic timelines and ensure cohesion across initiatives Help evolve Objective Brand’s internal frameworks and IPDevelop repeatable frameworks and standards for post-launch strategy and growth
Who You Are: A senior strategist who operates comfortably across brand, marketing, and business Confident advising founders and executives, with a clear and grounded point of view Able to turn strategy into focused priorities, not just ideas High standards for quality, taste, and consistency across work High ownership, low ego Motivated to build systems and improve how work is delivered, not just execute it Taste level aligned with timeless, premium brands Entrepreneurial and comfortable in ambiguity

Positioning impacts hiring, messaging impacts recruiting, and campaigns impact long-term brand equity. We need someone who can see those connections clearly and proactively guide direction across them. This role carries weight. It strengthens our partnership model and helps shape the businesses we work with. Join Objective Brand on the ground floor and be a part of building dynamic work that challenges norms and reshapes what a dated industry looks like. Treat people well and work hard, and good things happen. If you agree, apply below and see if we could be a fit.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
