WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support daily manufacturing and production operations Keep materials and supplies stocked at assigned workstations Assist with packaging and product handling Inspect products and packaging for quality Move and organize materials, boxes, pallets, and supplies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Remove cardboard, plastic, and other waste/recycling Assist other work areas when needed Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and workplace procedures Work as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Reliable and dependable employees Good attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions Ability to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn different workstations Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not always required SAFETY & WORK ENVIRONMENT Employees must follow all required PPE and safety procedures. This position may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive movements, material handling, and working around manufacturing equipment. Multiple shifts may be available.
