Full Stack Web Developer – PHP & React | Fire Fly Robotics | Salt Lake City, UTBuild software that drives autonomous robots in the real world. Fire Fly Robotics is the world leader in autonomous fairway mowing — and we're growing. Since 2010, we've been engineering fully automated harvesters and robotic field mowers used daily on premier golf courses and sports turf facilities nationwide. Now we're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to help build the command-and-control interface at the heart of our fleet operations. What You'll Be Building You'll support the web interface and PHP backend that operators rely on to dispatch machines, monitor live status, and review machine activity in real time. This isn't a hand-it-off-at-the-boundary role — you'll work across the full stack and own features end to end.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of production PHP (modern features: strict types, enums, typed properties, readonly, and more)Strong React experience — function components, hooks, Type Script, Redux Toolkit and RTK Query Solid grasp of OOP design patterns and SOLID principles in practice Database fluency — schema design, query optimization, spotting the N+1 before it hurts Application security fundamentals (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, auth/authz)Automated testing on both sides of the stack (PHPUnit/Pest and Jest/Vitest)Experience working in large, established codebases Bonus Points For Real-time data experience (Web Sockets, SSE, MQTT)IoT, fleet management, or telemetry systemsAWS, Docker/Vagrant, Redis, SQSBref / serverless PHPStatic analysis tools (PHPStan, Psalm)Why Fire Fly Robotics?
