About the role
We’re hiring an all-star senior sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and someone who loves taking on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs • Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement • Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals • Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals • Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by making sales plans for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning territories, and managing their ongoing training programs Qualifications: • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Proven track record of sales success At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000•Compensation:
