About the Role: The Company is in search of a Vice President for Client Engagement within its Market Access division. The successful candidate will be a key player in helping pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients navigate the evolving healthcare landscape. This role is pivotal in the strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing programs, with a focus on ensuring that all activities align with the agreed-upon strategic direction. The Vice President will lead a large cross-functional team, providing leadership for both client and agency product teams, and will be responsible for the creative development process to maintain the highest quality standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a fast-paced agency environment, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams. The role demands a high level of motivation, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. The Vice President will be the primary interface with client product directors and marketing strategy directors, and will be expected to confidently provide insights and recommendations to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities also include financial tracking, business development, and ensuring the organic growth of the business through client relations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing account budgets, identifying areas of risk, and providing effective solutions, as well as being proactive in suggesting process improvements and instilling a strong company culture within the team.
