You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training Supported, Not Micromanaged Owners are not involved in clinical decisionsprovides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team We have a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. We give BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work. All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week. Career Growth Leadership and mentorship opportunities available Opportunities for you to move up to Regional Director as your employer opens new locations. Option of transferring to a different location, in the event that you need to move away. If you ever want to retire from clinical work, you will have the unique opportunity to open your own franchise!
